Parent Connect
Parent Connect is a parent-parent mentoring program, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This program connects parents/caregivers of children (of any age) with suspected or diagnosed Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) or a complex neurodevelopmental disorder into mentor-mentee dyads. The purpose of this program is to connect parents/caregivers with similar lived experiences to decrease their experience of social isolation. The program is offered throughout Southwest Ontario yet participants are not required to travel to take part in the program.
